When we made and appt for an estimate, the owner Cris came out to us w/in 30 min and repaired our garage in a blink of an eye! The cost to repair was very affordable, the Customer service was amazing, and he was very considerate w being on time and repairing things quickly. Chris came to fox my door which was simply having trouble closing. Of course he came the next day after calling him, and the door was working perfectly. So he actually came out for nothing . But still looked over it and greased it up and made sure it worked right before leaving. He wasn't mad or wanted money. But he did check everything to make sure it was operating correctly. I pretty much made him take $20 for his time, which he didn't want. I will be calling him next time I have any issues or to install doors if I need them done.
